We are looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join our team covering locations in Essex. This is a full time, permanent role offering agile working. The overall purpose of the role is to carry out surveys and property inspections, oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
