They offer vital support, ensuring that our homes are safe, warm, and dry, and where everything works; Places where our residents are proud to live. We are looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join our team covering locations in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire. This is a full time, permanent role offering agile working. The overall purpose of the role is to carry out surveys and property inspections, oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Occasional Saturday working (8:00am to 12:00pm) on a rota basis, with no more than 1 in 4 weekends required.
