Maintenance SurveyorAs a Maintenance Surveyor, your role will be to inspect and assess the condition of buildings, create maintenance plans, and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair works. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, comply with relevant regulations, and operate efficiently.Previous experience within housing maintenance would be an advantage. Responsibilities:Property Inspections:Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure to assess their condition and identify maintenance requirements.Document and report findings, including defects, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.Prioritise maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety, and impact on operations.Budgeting and Cost Control:Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets.Monitor and control maintenance expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality and safety.Compliance and Regulations:Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to building maintenance and safety.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, operations, and finance, to ensure effective coordination of maintenance activities.Liaise with external ..... full job details .....
