In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our housing stock safe, well-maintained, and delivering excellent outcomes for our customers. You’ll carry out detailed property surveys, manage complex repairs, and oversee projects from instruction to completion, all while ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money. What You’ll Do: Conduct detailed property surveys, diagnosing complex repair issues and producing comprehensive reports. Manage delivery of repair works and complex cases, supervising contractors and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
