This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience in responsive repairs, damp and mould investigations, and property defect diagnosis who is passionate about improving residents'' homes and delivering high-quality repairs. Working within a busy social housing environment, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing building defects, identifying the root causes of damp and mould, specifying remedial works, and managing repairs through to successful completion. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will take ownership of a designated geographical patch, ensuring responsive repairs are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard. You will work closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
