This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing repairs professional to join a busy team, overseeing responsive repairs and ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering an effective service to residents. Key Responsibilities: Carry out property inspections to identify defects, diagnose repair requirements and recommend appropriate remedial works. Manage and oversee responsive repairs and maintenance works across a portfolio of residential properties. Prepare detailed schedules of works, specifications and associated documentation.
