This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong experience in responsive repairs, damp and mould investigations, and housing maintenance to support the delivery of high-quality repair services across residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out responsive and proactive inspections relating to damp, mould, condensation, disrepair and general housing repairs. Diagnose building defects and identify root causes using moisture meters, humidity monitoring equipment and building fabric assessments. Produce detailed inspection reports with photographs, recommendations and remedial actions. Raise works orders and specify repairs in line with relevant policies and Awaab''s Law requirements.
