Are you an experienced and proactive Repairs Supervisor with a background in property maintenance? We are looking for a dedicated leader to join our established team in the Welwyn Hertfordshire area. This is a great opportunity to drive high standards and ensure excellent customer service within a social housing environment.Salary: Up to £44,000 + van, fuel card, and benefitsLocation: Welwyn Hertfordshire areasType: Permanent, full-timeResponsibilities

Experience supervising a team in a domestic or social housing environment.Lead a team of reactive maintenance operatives, allocate work daily, and conduct toolbox talks.Coordinate projects, attend pre-inspection works, advise on job specifics, and ensure multi-trade jobs are scheduled efficiently.Communicate with managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and respond effectively to variation requests.Understand and enforce health and safety regulations.Requirements

Relevant trade qualifications, NVQ2, SSSTSA full UK driving license.Proven experience in property services, either as a tradesperson or a supervisor, specifically in reactive repairs.How to apply
