Repairs Supervisor

Job Description Supervise responsive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties in the Finsbury Park area Manage a team of operatives, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved Carry out site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards Provide support and guidance to trades, resolving any issues that arise during works Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth repairs service Ensure all health and safety procedures, policies, and industry regulations are followed Requirements Previous experience working as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement) Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided Strong knowledge of responsive repairs, housing maintenance processes, and compliance requirements What''s on Offer Opportunity to work with an established social housing contractor Long-term contract opportunity Competitive package Supportive working environment Immediate start available for the right candidate ..... full job details .....
