This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service across their homes.You will be based in Birmingham in the office and on site 5 days a week!Role- Repairs SupervisorContract length- Immediate sick cover Pay- 30- 34 an hour via umbrellaAreas to cover- Leicester, Coventry, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Rugby and NorthamptonRepairs Supervisor duties:Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.Monitor productivity, performance and service +targets, taking corrective action where required.Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.To succeed as the Repairs Supervisor, you need:Experience supervising repairs or construction-related teams.Strong knowledge of repairs and property maintenance.Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.The ability to plan workloads and manage competing ..... full job details .....
