What you'll be doing Own and deliver an ongoing repairs and maintenance service to all our housing stock and communal areas that we manage along with all Delta’s partnership working agreements. Provide effective line management and development of a multi-skilled, flexible operational service delivery team, creating a culture which focuses on customer excellence, value based managed and delivering constantly improving, integrated services.
