Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering essential maintenance services within occupied residential properties. The Role As Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of responsive repair and maintenance activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting a team of operatives and subcontractors undertaking responsive repairs and maintenance works. Monitoring productivity, quality, and performance through regular site visits and inspections. Ensuring all works are completed within agreed timescales, budgets, and client specifications. Reviewing completed works, variations, and job coding to ensure accuracy and compliance. Working closely with planners, administrators, and client representatives to maintain service delivery targets.
