Repairs Supervisor Excellence Support Team Location: Newham Salary: Up to £47,000 depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor delivering responsive repairs, planned works, refurbishments and voids services across the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a specialist operational support team working across high-priority contracts in London and the South East. This is a fast-paced role suited to an experienced repairs professional who can adapt quickly to different contracts, systems and operational environments while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity and customer service. The Role The Repairs Supervisor will provide on-site and operational support across reactive maintenance contracts, helping to improve performance, quality and service delivery. You''ll work closely with operatives, subcontractors, planners, supervisors and client teams, ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Quality and Compliance Carry out detailed desktop quality checks on completed works. Review Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes, photographic evidence and completion standards. Conduct post-inspections and monitor works requiring follow-on action. Review asbestos information and support the progression of asbestos-related works.
