This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in responsive repairs who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and delivering a high-quality service to residents.The RoleLead and support a team of trade operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs.Ensure repairs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.Carry out property inspections and monitor the quality of completed works.Work closely with planning and customer service teams to ensure an excellent resident experience.Promote health and safety, manage performance and support the development of your team.About YouPrevious experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams within social housing.Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and building maintenance.Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.Confident using IT systems to manage workloads and performance.Full UK driving licence.A relevant trade qualification is desirable but not essential.What''s on OfferCompany van and fuel card.25 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service.Competitive pension scheme.Life assurance, wellbeing support and healthcare benefits.Employee discounts and ongoing training and development.
