This is a role where your ability to lead a team, maintain quality, and ensure residents'' satisfaction will be key to success.Responsibilities
Supervising day-to-day responsive repairs and voids across the council housing portfolio.Managing contractor and operative performance to ensure work is delivered on time, to budget, and to the required standard.Conducting quality control inspections and approving works before sign-off.Ensuring strict health and safety compliance on all jobs.Building strong working relationships with council officers, residents, and partner organisations.Tracking budgets, KPIs, and productivity to maintain a high-performance service.Qualifications / What We\''re Looking For
