Repairs Supervisor - Social HousingLocation: South East LondonSalary: Competitive + Company VehicleJob Type: Full Time PermanentRepairs Supervisor - Social HousingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established and growing social housing contractor delivering responsive maintenance and planned works across South East London.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in social housing repairs who can lead operational teams, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.The RoleAs a Repairs Supervisor, you will oversee a team of directly employed operatives and subcontractors carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. You will be responsible for ensuring contractual KPIs are achieved while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, clients, and internal stakeholders.This is a field-based role covering boroughs across South East London.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of multi-trade operatives and specialist subcontractors.Plan, allocate, and monitor daily workloads to maximise productivity and first-time fix performance.Carry out pre-inspections, post-inspections, and quality assurance checks on completed works.Ensure all repairs are completed in line with client specifications, service level agreements, and contractual KPIs.Manage ..... full job details .....
