This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in responsive repairs who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and delivering a high-quality service to residents. The Role Lead and support a team of trade operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs. Ensure repairs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. Carry out property inspections and monitor the quality of completed works. Work closely with planning and customer service teams to ensure an excellent resident experience.
