Repairs Supervisor
Loughton -40,000 - -42,000 per annum + benefits
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Loughton. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities within a busy contract area, managing a team of 10+ PAYE operatives and ensuring reactive maintenance repairs are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day reactive repair works across the contract area.
Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed plans and schedules.
Manage and motivate a team of 10+ multi-trade operatives.
Oversee complex works and projects, conducting site visits and liaising with client counterparts.
Support schedulers and planners in coordinating larger projects and prioritising workloads.
Provide accurate quotes to clients using Schedule of Rates.
Liaise with residents, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
Attend regular client meetings to provide updates on works.
Carry out post-inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong IT knowledge
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
In-date DBS check
Proven experience managing multi-trade operatives and subcontractors
Housing sector experience
Valid UK driving licence
