Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of multi-trade operatives, subcontractors, and engineers Manage day-to-day responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void refurbishment programmes Allocate workloads and monitor productivity to ensure service level agreements and KPIs are achieved Conduct pre-inspections, work-in-progress inspections, and post-work quality inspections Ensure repairs are completed right first time and to a high standard Monitor and manage operative performance, productivity, attendance, and training needs Provide technical support and guidance across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, roofing, and general building maintenance Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry standards Review and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method ..... full job details .....
