      <description>Location: Wisbech | Salary: &amp;pound;28250/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Repairs Scheduler     Job Type: Permanant Full time 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minute break - Office based     Location: Wisbech     Rate of pay: £28,250 per annum       We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established contractor specialising in social housing repairs and maintenance, who are looking to appoint an experienced Repairs Coordinator to join their growing team.  This is a busy and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and has previous experience within social housing, maintenance or repairs coordination.  The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy repairs desk, handling both inbound and outbound calls with tenants, operatives, subcontractors and clients to ensure repairs are scheduled and completed efficiently within agreed timescales.
