Interim Repairs Resolution ManagerEssex Hybrid working Contract role 350.00pd umbrellaI''m currently supporting a housing provider in Essex that is looking for an experienced Repairs Resolution Manager to join its Housing Repairs service.This is a broad operational management role with responsibility for supporting the wider repairs function, leading the support team and driving strong performance across complaints, correspondence, contractor management and financial monitoring.Key responsibilitiesManaging and developing a team of support staffEnsuring repairs complaints, correspondence and MP/Councillor enquiries are handled within agreed timescalesMonitoring service KPIs and addressing areas of underperformanceReviewing contractor performance and escalating concerns where requiredProducing financial and performance reportsSupporting the monitoring of responsive repairs budgetsOverseeing repair orders, invoices and management-system recordsSupporting the recovery of leaseholder and rechargeable repair costsDeputising for the senior repairs manager when requiredWhat they''re looking forStrong experience within housing repairs, complaints or property servicesPrevious experience managing and developing staffConfidence overseeing complex complaints and high-level correspondenceExperience monitoring contractor and service performanceStrong analytical, reporting and stakeholder-management skillsA good understanding of housing management systems and landlord repair obligationsThe ..... full job details .....
