Review and validate completed Stock Surveys Use initiative to identify issues that are reportable under Awaab''s Law and Decent Homes Standard, record in relevant systems and refer customers to other departments where required. Maintain Housing Management system ensuring all contact with customers is recorded and all contact details are accurate, in accordance with GDPR. Provision of administrative support as directed e.g. Customer Feedback, provision and updating of work instructions, mail merging of letters, word processing, filing and responding to resident enquiries over the phone, as required.
