This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with strong repairs planning and scheduling experience to join an established team. Key Responsibilities: Manage tenant/resident repair enquiries and assess repair requirements Schedule and coordinate repairs, appointments and operative diaries Allocate works to operatives and contractors Liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams Manage customer expectations and resolve enquiries at first point of contact where possible Monitor workloads, capacity and repair timescales Maintain accurate records using housing management, repairs and CRM systems Escalate complex repairs, compliance and health & safety issues Work to agreed KPIs, SLAs and customer service standards Ideal Candidate: Essential: Previous experience within social housing , housing associations, local authority housing or housing repairs Experience as a Repairs Planner, Repairs Scheduler, Maintenance Planner, Repairs Coordinator or similar Stro...
