Repairs Planner

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy Property Services team, coordinating responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with strong repairs planning and scheduling experience to join an established team.Key Responsibilities:Manage tenant/resident repair enquiries and assess repair requirementsSchedule and coordinate repairs, appointments and operative diariesAllocate works to operatives and contractorsLiaise with residents, contractors and internal teamsManage customer expectations and resolve enquiries at first point of contact where possibleMonitor workloads, capacity and repair timescalesMaintain accurate records using housing management, repairs and CRM systemsEscalate complex repairs, compliance and health and safety issuesWork to agreed KPIs, SLAs and customer service standardsIdeal Candidate:Essential: Previous experience within social housing, housing associations, local authority housing or housing repairsExperience as a Repairs Planner, Repairs Scheduler, Maintenance Planner, Repairs Coordinator or similarStrong knowledge of responsive repairs and housing maintenanceExperience scheduling operatives, managing diaries and coordinating appointmentsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience using housing repairs, scheduling or CRM systemsAbility to manage competing priorities ..... full job details .....
