This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling, planning, and customer service experience within housing maintenance, local authority, housing association, or contractor environments. The successful candidate will work closely with the Maintenance Team, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities to ensure works are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing operatives'' diaries, scheduling repairs, and acting as a key point of contact for residents and contractors. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain operatives'' diaries and schedules. Plan and coordinate pre-inspections, post-inspections, reactive repairs, and emergency maintenance works. Prioritise emergency and urgent repair requests. Book appointments and allocate work to available operatives. Monitor jobs from initial booking through to completion.
