This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , with the potential for hybrid working once you are fully settled and confident in the role. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments. Allocate jobs to operatives based on location, availability and skill set. Manage operative diaries and workloads effectively. Liaise with residents, operatives, contractors and internal teams. Ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales.
