Repairs PlannerLocation: North West LondonSalary: 17 per hourHours: 42.5 hours per weekContract: Temp to PermWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy Property Services team based in North West London, with the opportunity to become permanent.The RoleAs a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and residents receive a high level of service.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and scheduling repairs and maintenance worksAllocating jobs to operatives and contractorsManaging engineers'' diaries and workloadsLiaising with residents, operatives and internal teamsResponding to queries and providing updates on repairsMonitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within required timescalesUpdating internal systems and maintaining accurate recordsPrioritising urgent and emergency repairs where requiredAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working within repairs planning, scheduling or property maintenance, ideally within social housing or a similar environment.You will be organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team on a temp-to-perm basis.Apply today to find out more. ..... full job details .....
