The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating electrical and gas repairs, servicing and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed timescales and in line with relevant compliance requirements. This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous experience within Social Housing, Housing Maintenance, Repairs & Maintenance or a Facilities Management environment . Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule electrical and gas repairs, servicing and maintenance appointments. Allocate jobs to engineers and operatives based on skills, qualifications, location and availability. Manage engineers'' diaries and optimise daily workloads and travel time. Monitor outstanding and overdue jobs, taking appropriate action to prevent delays. Liaise with engineers, supervisors, contractors, residents and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.
