This is a great opportunity for someone with previous repairs planning or scheduling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and coordinating responsive repairs and maintenance appointments. Allocating jobs to operatives and ensuring workloads are managed efficiently. Liaising with residents to arrange appointments and provide updates. Monitoring outstanding repairs and following up on delayed jobs. Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
