This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing appointments and ensuring works are planned effectively and completed within agreed deadlines and timescales.  The Role As a Repairs Planner, you will work closely with residents, clients, operatives and internal teams to ensure the smooth coordination of repair works. You will be responsible for keeping all parties informed throughout the process while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
