This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in repairs planning, scheduling or social housing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with damp and mould repairs, although this is not essential. You will be responsible for coordinating repairs, scheduling appointments and remedial works, liaising with contractors and housing teams, and monitoring jobs to ensure they are completed within the required timescales. You will play an important role in ensuring residents receive a responsive, efficient and high-quality service.  Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties.
