Key Responsibilities Scheduling and planning repair and maintenance appointments for operatives. Managing and optimising diaries to ensure efficient delivery of repair works. Liaising with tenants, operatives, subcontractors, and internal departments. Monitoring the progress of jobs and rearranging appointments where necessary. Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems. Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to repairs and maintenance requests.
