Repairs Planner – Euston

Location: Euston
Rate: £20.59 per hour Umbrella
Hours: Monday–Friday
Working Pattern: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Duration: Ongoing
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join an ongoing contract based in Euston.

Key Duties:

• Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works
• Managing operative diaries and allocating jobs
• Booking appointments with customers
• Liaising with operatives, contractors and customers
• Monitoring works through to completion
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Managing queries and ensuring jobs are completed within required timescales

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a Repairs Planner / Repairs Scheduler role is essential
• Strong scheduling and coordination experience
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Must be available to start immediately
• References required
