Repairs PlannerLocation: Loughton, IG10Contract: Temp to PermWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pmWe are currently recruiting for an organised and customer-focused Repairs Planner to join a busy and supportive team.This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing appointments and ensuring works are planned effectively and completed within agreed deadlines and timescales. The RoleAs a Repairs Planner, you will work closely with residents, clients, operatives and internal teams to ensure the smooth coordination of repair works. You will be responsible for keeping all parties informed throughout the process while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and job completions.Coordinate repair works and ensure deadlines and timescales are met.Take responsibility for planning, administration and customer liaison for assigned projects.Liaise with residents, clients, operatives and internal teams.Provide regular updates via telephone and email.Log new repair jobs accurately onto internal systems.Arrange Validation Surveys and Post-Inspection Surveys with residents.Respond to client queries regarding property access.Generate and issue correspondence to residents throughout the job process.Monitor shared inboxes and respond to queries within agreed service levels.Attend client meetings when required.Maintain accurate records and provide ..... full job details .....
