The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) is seeking an experienced Repairs Operations Manager to lead our responsive repairs, voids, and planned maintenance services.About the Role Reporting to the Head of Housing Repairs, you''ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-house repairs team, managing a workforce of approximately 40 staff through five direct reports. You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, performance management, value for money, and health and safety.You will lead: A Responsive Repairs team, ensuring high productivity and service delivery.
