Repairs Officer

OverviewA large Housing Association is currently looking for a number of Repairs Officers on a temporary basis for about 3 months. You will be required to work at different offices in Hammersmith and King''s Cross - no working from home.

Responsibilities

Deliver a day-to-day repair service to our residents

Progress repairs through the repairs platform

Approximately 70 cases per day

Provide advice and assistance on a range of repair-related enquiries

Diagnose repairs and make value-for-money assessments

Verify completion and pay invoices

Be the first point of contact for field staff and third-party contractors

Role detailsThe role is 100% based in the office.

PayPAYE rate is £15.98; Umbrella rate £21.13.

Essential requirements

Must have experience in Housing Repairs

Excellent communicator with experience dealing with people
