Carrying out pre and post inspections. Monitoring contractor performance and quality of works. Managing void properties to minimise turnaround times. Identifying and escalating complex repairs, damp and mould, disrepair and other high-risk issues. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
