Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end responsive repairs and voids processes across all PCHA properties.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Use systems such as Plentific and Homemaster for repair tracking and documentation.
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections for repair and void works.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and housing legislation.
- Manage KPIs, including:
- 100% emergency repairs completed within target timescales.
- Void turnaround under 30 days.
- Tenant satisfaction above 85%.
What They''re Looking For
Solid experience in responsive repairs and voids management within housing or property management.
Strong customer service focus and the ability to build good relationships with residents.
Proven ability to manage contractors, meet tight deadlines, and achieve KPIs.
Knowledge of housing-related health & safety compliance.
Good IT and administrative skills, ideally with Plentific/Homemaster experience.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
