Whether you are an experienced professional or someone keen to develop their skills in this field, we welcome your application.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for the end-to-end management of aircraft component repairs.Create, update, and maintain repair orders and associated documentation in Quantum and other business systems.Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to obtain and share repair updates and documentation.Monitor and review tasks and communications from the shared MRO inbox, ensuring timely completion and escalation when necessary.Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports to support repair tracking and performance reporting.Support compliance and audit readiness through meticulous record-keeping and document control.Assist in the development and enforcement of departmental processes to ensure compliance with quality management standards.Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in an administrative role within aviation, MRO, or a regulated environment is preferred.Strong organisational skills with ..... full job details .....
