Repairs Manufacturing Technician - FTC

You''ll be involved in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting production problems, supporting process improvements, maintaining manufacturing documentation and assisting with the introduction of new products into production. Working alongside Production, Engineering and R&D teams, you''ll help identify root causes, implement practical solutions and contribute to continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.

Working as part of the Operational Excellence team, you''ll play a hands-on role supporting production operations and ensuring products are built and tested to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fault-finding, repairing equipment, solving manufacturing issues, and working closely with production teams to keep operations running efficiently.

This role would suit someone with a practical engineering mindset who enjoys working in a high-volume manufacturing environment and is confident performing hands-on technical work under pressure. Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance, engineering, service or repair environment.
• Experience repairing or maintaining manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• A mechanical or manufacturing background would be advantageous.
