To achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, ensuring maximum performance in accordance with the standards and policies of Stevenage Borough Council.  To co-ordinate, direct and manage support contractors to ensure a seamless repairs service.   About you  Experience of property and related direct labour management of providers, ideally in a Local Authority and/or Housing Association setting  Strong knowledge as relates relets and empty property management delivered both externally and in-house.
