Drive performance improvements through KPI management, service monitoring and customer feedback. Ensure health and safety, compliance and quality standards are maintained across all works. Lead service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Build strong relationships with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.
