We are looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to lead responsive repairs across our social housing portfolio in South London. This is a temporary, ongoing position offering flexible hours.

The Role
You will manage the delivery of day-to-day responsive repairs, ensuring high-quality service for residents while coordinating operatives and contractors efficiently. You will oversee workflows, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage responsive repair operations across the housing stock

• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain high standards

• Schedule and monitor repair works to ensure timely completion

• Conduct inspections and quality control checks

• Maintain compliance with health & safety and housing regulations

• Liaise with residents and resolve queries professionally

• Report on performance metrics and progress to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in social housing repairs management

• Strong knowledge of responsive maintenance

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Understanding of health & safety regulations

• Ability to work flexibly and manage priorities effectively

• Full UK driving licence preferred
