Experience of leading, developing and performance managing Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) teams to deliver high-quality responsive repairs, void works and property maintenance services. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets, control contractor spend and ensure the most effective use of in-house resources. Experience of overseeing contractor relationships, particularly for specialist works, ensuring quality, value for money and compliance with agreed service standards.
