Repairs Maintenance Surveyor
Location: 37 Pembroke Road, W8 6PW
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 27.40 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and surveys of properties to assess maintenance and repair needs.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for repairs and maintenance work.
- Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes during all repair and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, surveys, and completed work for future reference and audits.
- Provide expert advice and support to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on engineering and surveying matters.
- Proven experience in surveying, particularly within the repairs and maintenance sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT, including experience with relevant surveying software and tools.
- Familiarity with NHF codes and their application in maintenance and repair scenarios.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
