The RoleYou will carry out pre-termination and mutual exchange inspections, working closely with operatives, internal teams, contractors and third-party partners to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. You will maintain financial and statistical records for reports including those required by the Trust''s Board and ensure the Trusts stock condition database is updated and maintained on a regular basis. About YouWe are looking for a customer focussed individual with experience of working within the construction industry - ideally within the Residential Social Landlord sector. You''ll have demonstrable experience diagnosing, scheduling and managing repair works and ideally hold an HNC/HND minimum in Building Construction. You will be an excellent communicator and will regard customer satisfaction as your highest priority. Proficiency in the use of basic IT systems along with the ability to use handheld technology to record client management information is essential.
