You ll lead the multi-disciplinary Repairs Hub, delivering a best-in-class service focused on resolving issues at the first point of contact. You will enhance the customer experience through effective operational delivery, meeting both the practical and emotional needs of customers while driving efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations. We re looking for someone who can ensure One Manchester consistently meets the expectations of customers, communities and regulators through honest, transparent self-assessment and a commitment to delivering services that our customer loves.
