Based in Bracknell, this role offers a hybrid working model and presents a significant opportunity for a skilled professional to influence operations within the housing sector.Overall Responsibility:The Service Delivery Manager will report to the Head of Service Delivery and is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of all repairs and maintenance activities within the designated geographical area. This includes responsive repairs, voids, gas, and planned works and services.
