You will arrange repairs for council residents, helping to ensure work is completed and will be acting as a key point of contact for residents and on-site colleagues, you will provide updates, resolve issues and keep appointments running smoothly. Key responsibilities Schedule and coordinate repairs for council homes. Ensure repairs proceed as planned and respond quickly when issues arise. Keep residents informed about the progress and status of their repairs. Support on-site colleagues by answering queries and resolving operational problems. Work closely with trade-specific managers, supervisors and other council departments. Help ensure repairs are completed promptly and to an excellent standard.
