Overview A leading drylining contractor is looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator New Build Repairs and Defects to take control of customer care repairs, defects and remedial works across new-build developments and occupied homes. Developer-side customer care experience is important: you will understand the pressure of coordinating residents, site teams and operatives when access changes, jobs overrun and priorities move. This is a busy scheduling role that needs excellent organisation and tight, hour-by-hour control of the diary.
